Cancellation & Refund policy

At Creative Minds Crafting Co., each class and workshop is thoughtfully planned in advance, including purchasing materials, and reserving your space. Because many of our programs have limited availability, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.

School & Children's Enrichment Programs

Enrollment reserves your child's space for the full session.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first scheduled class are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Once the program has begun, enrollment fees are non-refundable.

• Missed classes due to a student's absence are nit refundable and cannot be prorated.

• If Creative Minds Crafting Co. cancels a class, we will make every reasonable effort to offer a makeup class. If a makeup class cannot be provided, a credit or prorated refund will be issued for the cancellation class.

Adult & Individual

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the workshop may receive a refund or transfer the registration to another eligible workshop.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop are non-refundable due to materials and preparation completed in advance.

• Participant substitutions are welcome. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us before the workshop.

Private Events & Group Workshops

A deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Deposits are non-refundable because your date and time are removed from availability once your booking is confirmed.

• Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may transfer payments made above the deposit to another available date or receive a refund of those additional payments.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made as early as possible.

• Once supplies have been purchased or customized specifically for your event, these costs are non-refundable.

Senior & Community Group Workshops

For workshops booked by senior communities, organizations, or other groups, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days in advance.

Once project materials have been purchased or prepared for the confirmed number of participants, associated material costs are non-refundable.

Severe Weather, School Closures & Emergencies

If a class or event cannot take place because of severe weather, a school closure, facility closure, or another circumstance outside of our reasonable control, we will make every effort to reschedule the experience.

When rescheduling is not possible, a class credit or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.
